Amelia Daniels

Artist Instructor

Amelia is a multidisciplinary artist with a focus on interactive theatre who resides in Calgary. A graduate of Rosebud School of the Arts (FRSA '21); she recently completed a residency with the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo. As a part of The Wilder Bunch she was educating the public on wildlife conservation through puppetry, song and story. "My favorite type of theatre is where we get to interact together. Audience and performer, no separation, that's where the joy comes from." When not teaching with Quest Theatre she can be found teaching swimming lessons with her company Pohlar Bear Swim Co, stage managing, stilt walking, princessing or performing for theatre and film. She has worked with various companies in and around Calgary including; Rosebud Theatre, Fire Exit Theatre, Viral Ventures, Green Fools Theatre, YYC Princess, University of Calgary-Cummings School of Medicine, Wilder Institute and Calgary Zoo, and Heritage Park.
